If 10 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you exchange. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. In Color Issue, Exchange is not applicable Shipping charges are non-refundable on COD Order Service. The Frontier Collections add 100+ designs Dresses daily so we are sure that you will be able to find a suitable item from our collection. The delivery charges for the exchanged item will be borne by the customer. Products on sale cannot be exchanged or returned.  If the product received is damaged You can only exchange your dress. Other Option: Credit Voucher (if applicable) : Once your return Courier is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, we will email you the full store credit voucher to purchase any other product from the website.Store credit voucher is valid for 6 months.

  Shipping and Delivery

For non-customized clothing orders, we aim to deliver within 4 to 5 business days following confirmation of an order, unless otherwise agreed. Please allow up to 5 additional days for rural/remote areas. Though we aim to deliver within the communicated timeframe, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. In the unlikely event the delivery time exceeds 20 business days, you may cancel your order. For customized clothing orders, a delivery time exceeding 30 days may be required. Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your expected delivery details if you have supplied us with your email address.
